Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The United States is Canada's most important trading partner.NAFTA deepens the economic dependence of Canada on the United States. When the economy of the United States shows a trend of steady increase,NAFTA bring about the interest of the import prosperity, investment promotion and economic increase. However, while the economy of the United States encounters the recession NAFTA enlarges the economic risks of Canada.Simultaneously,NAFTA also has led to the intensification of social unfairness, the excessive dependence on the U.S.economy,survival deterioration of the environment of small business and the reduction of ordinary people's income. As for Canada,NAFTA will possibly damage the economic and social development of Canada without the enormous reform of system and policy.Consequently, the government of Canada should reconsider the NAFTA and undertake the necessary policy adjustment and system innovation in the field of economy and society in order to maintain the economic interest of Canada.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
