Abstract

We detected NOGE and its derivatives in food cans with HPLC.The method have a good linear relationship at the range of 0.4 ~ 2μg/mL,with correlation coefficient r = 0.9996,average recovery 96.83%,relative standard deviation RSD at range of 0.9%~1.2%.It was showed that the method is high precision,good reproducibility,and suitable for detection of NOGE and its derivatives.The purpose was to provide reference for establishment of correlative detection method.
