Abstract
It is still a dilemma to most nations even if some western states and a few developing countries tried on the policy of school choice: schooling in a neighborhood or a preferred unit,which have led to some issues of wide controversy.Today,it is a major practice for children to enroll in a school attached to a community or a living quarter for compulsory education in China,but it is also very common for parents to choose a preferred school or a key school for their teenagers.To solve this problem,certain experimental policies for school choice can be carried out,and will then be promoted upon the policy maturity.
