Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective: To examine the prevalence of thrombocytopenia and its related factors in adults in rural community of Deqing,China. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out in four rural communities in Deqing County,Zhejiang Province,China.A total of 4479 subjects aged 18 to 64 years participated in this study.Thrombocytopenia was defined as blood platelet count 100×109/L.EpiData 3.1(Chinese version) was used to manage the data and SPSS 11.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: The crude prevalence of thrombocytopenia was 21.2% and the age-gender-standardized prevalence was 18.6% based on 2000 national population. The prevalence of thrombocytopenia tended to increase with age(χ2Trend=14.43,P0.001).In non-conditional multiple-variables logistic model, age, gender, smoking, annual family average incomes and body mass index were significantly associated with thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: Thrombocytopenia was common in adults aged 18 to 64 years old living in rural area.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
