Study on the features of cognitive function and related factors in elderly patients with lacunar infarctions
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of cognitive disorder and the relationship between the cognitive function and lesion locations in elderly patients with lacunar infarctions(LI). Methods Sixty-four LI patients and 79 normal controls were admitted into our research. According to the lesion locations of LI, patients were divided into left side group, right side group and both sides group. The cognitive status of all enrolled cases was assessed with MoCA. Results Scores of MoCA in LI groups were significantly related to age and education degree but not with the process of the LI. There were significant differences in scores of MoCA, visual-spatial function and executive function and attention between patients and controls. The patients in left side group had lower scores in MoCA,language and attention than those in right side group. The patients in both sides group had lower scores in MoCA and memory than in right side group. Conclusions Elderly patients with LI with low education degree may be more prone to cognitive dysfunction. LI can affect cognitive functions, mainly in visual-spatial function and executive function and attention, especially for those with LI area in left or both sides.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
