Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Accelerating application of the powdery mildew resistance genes in wheat breeding and production has important significance because wheat powdery mildew has become one of the serious threat to wheat production. In this article,we detected the distribution of Pm 21,Pm 30,and Pm 34 genes in 96 wheat variety resources using STS,SCAR and SSR molecular markers. The results showed that the frequency of Pm 34 gene(21 wheat varieties,21.87%) was highest,Pm 30 was higher(9 wheat varieties,9.37%) and Pm 21 was lowest(4 wheat varieties,4.17%)in 96 wheat variety resources. What's more, the research showed that part of wheat variety resources contained two kinds of resistance genes combination. One material(1.04%) was detected to contain Pm 21+Pm 30.The other(1.04%) was detected to contain Pm 30+Pm 34.We did not find Pm 21+Pm 34 or Pm 21+pm 30+Pm 34 combination type. These results may provide reference information for preparing disease-resistant parents in wheat disease resistance breeding.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
