Abstract
In this paper, through experiment of concrete T - beams covered with fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) on three sides, the effect of FRP on flexural strength of beams was observed. Finally, through comprehensive theoretical analysis and by reference to the design code of concrete structures, practical design formulas are formulas are offered. The results are useful for the application of this new material in strengthening concrete structures.
