Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

HJ Small Satellite Constellation is an important component of China's Earth observation system. On September 6th 2008,China successfully launched the A/B optical satellites of HJ Small Satellite Constellation(shorted for Satellites).Since the successful launch of HJ-1A/1B Satellites, the National Disaster Reduction Center of China(Satellite Disaster Reduction Application Center,MCA)has actively organized the conduct of in-orbit testing, operation and management, disaster reduction application, user service and promotion.Currently,HJ-1A/1B Satellites are operating in good condition, with normal indicators.Over the past years,HJ-1A/1B Satellites successfully dealt with several dozens of new issues of domestic disaster monitoring and assessment, and actively carried out domestic applications service. At the same time,NDRCC actively studied the mode for international application of HJ Small Satellite Constellation.HJ-1A/1B Satellites also successfully dealt with and won high praise in international disasters emergency monitoring and assessment such as forest fires in Australia,Canada and China-Burma border, and heavy earthquake in Haiti.HJ-1A/1B Satellites have showed a good application of the space technology in disaster relief work.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
