Abstract
This paper has made on introduction to the method and policy of Canada forest resources inventory system,idea of sustainable management,and characteristics of forestry informatization.Based on comparative analysis,it suggests that the advanced overseas experience of forest resources management and informatization construction should be introduced and adopted,and a standard system of forest resources management informatization which conforms to national conditions of our country be developed so as to speed up the development of the forest resources management and informatization construction in China.
