The research that different rice seeding period for retooning rice affects its yielding and the studying the proper seeding period for retooning rice has shown that the earlier the higher.The yielding of retooning rice seeded on 25th February is the highest.Rice seeding erosion does not take place because of low temperature with the help of plastic film.When retooning rice is planted on 25th February.It is suitable to grow retooning rice during the period from 25th February to 5th.March in Hengyang District.Sowing retooning.rice at the timely period can meet the weather so that its high yielding can be reached.In this way it is beneficial to enlarge planting area of retooning rice.2 tabs.,7refs.
