Abstract
To standardize the method of wheat gliadin A-PAGE and find the native wheat varieties(lines) which can be used as the standard samples of electropherogram.The influences of the gel concentration,buffer system and its pH on the electrophesis' isolation capacity were analyzed.The results showed that the covalent percentage concentration(C) was 4.0%,the total percentage concentration of arc to bis(T) was 6%,and the formate-glycine mix buffer(pH 3.0) had the sound effects.Compared with the Canadian spring wheat Marquis' R24,R50 and R79 bands,theLifeng NO.3cultivar could be chosen from 40 native wheat varieties as the wheat gliadin standard sample.
