Abstract
Study the sterilization effect of sterilants and treat time on Roegneria sinica var.media and the influence of substrate to seed germination of Roegneria stricta f.stricta,Roegneria tarczaninovii var.macrathera and Roegneria komarovii.The result showed that the germination percentage was 96.67% on condition that 0.1% HgCl2 immersing seeds.and the pollution percentage of seeds was zero.The suitable substrance of the three Roegneria sinica var.media seed were seporiate 1/2MS,MS and MS.and their germination manifest on their suitable substrate in squence Roegneria turczaninovii var.macrathera,Roegneria stricta f.stricta and Roegneria komarovii.
