Abstract
For a long time,there exits a gap between theory and practice in our country's higher vocational education.To rectify this kind of education model,a policy of of school and is adopted in many higher vocational schools to cultivate the students' actual operation skills.It does gain some achievements,however,problems still exit,such as,enterprises willing to cooperate with schools are insufficient;there lacks law supporting for the policy;the aim of the policy is not clear.Focused on these problems,we take some developed countries' successful experience for reference,such as double system vocational education model in Germany,STW Plan in America and of school and enterprise connected by industry association in Canada,in hope of highlighting the cooperation theory and practice in our country.
