In order to obtain good dispersion,UV curing flexo inks were made by different type of prepolymers and different pigment-binder ratios.The influence of prepolymers on the dispersion of pigment in UV curing flexo ink was analyzed by testing the distribution of the pigment's size.The results showed that the choice of prepolymers and the pigment-binder ratio both have a significant influence on the dispersion of pigment.Prepolymer 6311-100 is good at the dispersion of pigment and its best pigment-binder ratio is 1.5∶1.
