Abstract
Canadian Environmental Protection Act was made in 1988.According to the due process of law,it can be reviewed with the development of society.China's environmental protection law also needs to be changed.From the experience of Canada,we can emphasize the following three points: the first is to replenish legislative principles;the second is to construct the legal liability system of environmental protection;and the third is to improve legislative procedure and legislative technique.
