Abstract
Related with the plan, management, examination preparation of the experiment, etc, the construction of medical lab in new specialty is a system engineering. The key point of the solution must be found in the recognition dealing with many more relations of contradictions. That is, on the certain permissive condition, more correct position, program policy making must be done to the building laboratories. New problems must be solved in time and spiritual conditions must be prepared in the process of laboratory construction.
