Abstract

This paper is based on China's entry to the WTO;sets up a dynamics model which describes a situation that both foreign enterprises and domestic financial institutions are investing in state-owned enterprises with the State-owned assets withdrawing gradually,and we bring the Cournot model into financial field.Then we analyze the stability of this model.This model maybe appear the phenomenon of chaos,when it is beyond the stable area.We apply the straight-line stabilization method to control chaos successfully through varying the parameters,and then bring out the feasible way to solve these problems in reality.
