Abstract
A primary study on the kinetics of nuclease P_1 of Peniclillium citrinum M0_2 in 15L airlift tower loop reactor was undertaken. Logistic model for growth, the Luedeking-Piret equation for enzyme production can perfectly describe the fermentation of nuclease P_1 before it have not climbed to the peak of nuclease P_1. These suggests that enzyme production is partly combined to the growth.
