Abstract
One multivalent plant express vectors was constructed,including ribosome inactivating protein gene(rip),chitinase gene(chi) and DREB1A gene,which were regulated respectively by constitutive expression promoter double CaMV35S,E12 and inducible expression promoter rd29A.Then the recombination plasmids were introduced into agrobacterium LBA4404 by freezing-melting transformation method.
