Abstract
Oxazolidinone was prepared by using urea and amino-ethanol as raw materials,and DMF was used as reaction solvent.The structure of product was confirmed by IR and HNMR.The effects of the main reaction conditions on synthetive yield were researched and the optimal conditions were as follows: the amount-of-substance ratio of urea,amino-ethanol and DMF was 1∶1∶3.42;reaction temperature was 170 ℃;reaction time was 6 h. under this conditions, the yield of product 2-oxazolidinone could reach above 85 %. The reaction solvent DMF could be reclaimed and the yield of product was not lower.The process of after-treatment was simplied and a little absolute ethanol was only needed to wash the product,which saved the costs.
