Abstract
The Optoelectronic Dial Tide Gauge with higher capability is an approach by improving the traditional mechanic mark disc with optoelectronic dial. It is an advanced system used in real time and integrated amount tidal range survey with high qualifies in reliability, accuracy. This paper has given a brief introduction to the system in aspects of the working principles, constitutes, main technical indexes,features and its achieving method.
