Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment of chronic bronchitis lungs Yin obstructive pulmonary emphysema and clinical effect.Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis,emphysema patients were randomly divided into two groups,of which 30 cases of the control group,treatment group 30 cases.Control group,treatment with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group in the control group based on the Canadian Self-Yin lungs prescriptions.Observed both after 30 days treatment and various pulmonary function changes.Results After treatment,10 cases markedly effective in 17 cases and ineffective in 2 cases,increased 1 case;control group,10 cases markedly effective in 17 cases and ineffective in 2 cases,increased in 1 case,and compare P0.05.The treatment group and control group before and after treatment between the two groups FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FEC pairwise comparison P0.05.Conclusion Yin method of treatment of chronic bronchitis lungs and obstructive pulmonary emphysema with Western medicine therapy fairly.
