In order to obtain methods of aseptic seedling preparation by tissue culture for Feralu sinkiangensis.Differents plans of sterilization,hormone,temperature of chill and relative humidity were setted to study the effects on germination of Ferula sinkiangensis seed.The results showed that the best sterilization of Ferula sinkiangensis seed was 70%ethanol 30 s+12%H2O2 15 min.The effect at 4 ℃chilling temperature and in 50% relvtive humidity was better than others treatment,and seed germination rate declined with temperature hoisted.Seed didn't germinate when chill temperature preponderate over 20 ℃.Although GA3 could break dormancy of Ferula sinkiangensis seed,germination rate was lower.
