The mode of equipment bidding procurement based on the fundamental principle of comprehensive cost-performance ratio was established with the aim of extending and deepening the cognition for the management of bidding procurement for universities' instruments and equipments as well as offering practical and operational modes and methods,which therefore enhances the quality of the procurement of instruments and equipments.
