Analysis of the Intra-industry Trade of Financial Service and its Influential Factors

Abstract
This paper uses the G-L index and MIIT index to calculate on the level of Chinese financial service intra-industry trade,and finds that the level of financial intra-industry trade is very high and the growth of industry belongs to the type of intra-industry trade.Based on the 2001～2008 data of financial service cross-border transactions between the U.S,Canada,Japan,Germany,Mexico,France,Holland,China and Hong Kong,this paper reviews on the influential factors of financial service,and the result reveals that market scale is the most important factor,but income per capita and FDI,etc.have a smaller influence.Finally,it gives some advices on the development of Chinese financial service trade.
