Abstract
With the development of Sino-Canada economic and trade relationship as research background,the paper analyzes the evolution process and features of Canadian investment in China,and constructs the strategic choice model for Canadian enterprises to enter Chinese market based on the dynamic interaction between FSAs (Firm Specific Advantage)of Canadian enterprise and CSAs(Country Specific Advantages)of Chinese market. The result shows that not only FSAs of Canadian enterprise but also CSAs of Chinese market are undergoing dynamic renovation and changing with the deepening economic-trade relationship between China and Canada. Therefore,it is necessary for Canadian enterprises to choose the appropriate entry mode into Chinese market,which will facilitate the implementation and realization of its global strategy.
