Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of donepezil on mild vascular cognitive impairment.Method Total 67 patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=33)and the control group(n=34).Patients in the treatment group were given donepezil(5 mg,once daily) in the foundation of conventional therapy;and the control group was treated by conventional therapy, taking 12 weeks′clinical therapy. The degree of improvement for the cognitive function(MMSE,MoCA) and the ability of taking care of oneself (ADL)were observed. Results After 4 and 12 weeks, the marks of MMSE,MoCA and ADL of the treatment group were significantly improved than that of the control group(P0.01).The study indicated that the different marks of MMSE,MoCA and ADL had statistical signifcance(P0.05).Conclusion Donepezil can improve the cognitive function and the ability of taking care of oneself,is effective for mild vascular cognitive impairment.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
