Abstract
Because of the indeterminacy of traffic flow,there exists certain risk for vehicle navigation.Applying the fuzzy set theory,this paper presents a method of vehicle navigation based on fuzzy risk analysis considering traffic flow,which can gives vehicle route corresponding to the optimistic index or the risk degree,and thus combines the vehicle navigation and the decision behavior of out-goers.
