The chemical equipments are the important material foundation and essential condition in chemical enterprises.The management of the maintenance and preservation of the machinery equipments is related directly to the production development and the competition ability of the chemical enterprise.On the basis of the practice experiences of the maintenance and preservation of chemical equipment over a long time,the methods of maintenance-before-produce and maintenance-during-produce and the methods of improving the maintenance and preservation through strengthening the state monitoring and fault management are put forward based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of chemical equipments and the basic request of the maintenance.
