Abstract
The necessity to detect advanced glycation endproducts(AGEs)and its main structure are analyzed,the main methods to detect AGEs at present and their advantages and disadvantages are also introduced.At the same time,it concentrates on the scheme and technology route of fluorescence spectrum detecting method.The fluorescence fiber optical detector is designed for that scheme.
