Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the characteristics of cognitive function in senile schizophrenia disorders complicated with metabolic syndrome(MS) with event-related potential P300. Methods Ninety patients with senile schizophrenia disorders complicated with(MS) diagnosed according to CCMD-3 were recruited as research group. They were divided into MS group(n=45) and non-metabolic syndrome group(NMS group)(n=45). Cognitive function was evaluated with P300 and MOCA, and was compared between MS group and NMS group. Results P300 latencies of PZsite N1and CZ,PZ site P2 and FZ,CZ,PZ,OZsite N2,P3 prolonged in MS group compared with NMS group(P0.05 or P0.01);P300 amplitudes of FZ,CZ,PZ,OZ site N2,P3 shortened in MS group compared with NMS group(P0.05 or P0.01). Total score, attention score, Abstract thinking score and delay memory score of MOCA were significantly lower in MS group than those in NMS group(P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusions The senile schizophrenia disorders complicated with MS may have more obvious cognitive disorders.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
