publication of The Instruction of the Kindergarten Education Syllabus (Pilot) makes new demands to the kindergarten teachers, but as to the teachers, the present training hardly adapts them to the new requirement. effective training method is still being explored. research team for the national education scientific plan---the Tenth Five-year Plan which is the key research subject of Ministry of Education---on improvement of in-service kindergarten teacher's training process and methods, has preliminarily formed a kind of training process and methods that the interconnectivity between special training which is dominant as profession and field research which is based on kindergarten itself.
