Abstract
In Canadian community college,employment-oriented education mechanism roots in social needs and owns its advantages such as orderly,flexible and efficient;its employment performance index shows close connection between vocational education and social needs,taking account of expectation of students,employers,community and the country,so as to promote the maturity of education mechanism.In its students-centered service system with clear objective,direct function and clear definition,not only the integrated education system but also separates teaching units are easy to be realized because of their pertinence and operability.
