Abstract
To exclude illegally obtained evidence is a general issue.How a government treats the illegally obtained evidence shows how the government protects the human right.Through comparing the exclusionary rules of illegally obtained evidence between Canada and Australia this article can help knowing this two country’s basic views upon the illegally obtained evidence and provide some experience to improve our country’s exclusionary rule of illegally obtained evidence.
