According to the genomic sequence of four foreign PLRV isolates, a pair of specific primer was designed and synthesized.The c?DNA of 5′fragment of the ORF?2a gene of PLRV-Ch was synthesized by reverse transcription and followed by Polymerase Chain Reaction amplication.The synthesized 5′c?DNA fragment of the PLRV-Ch ORF?2a gene was inserted into pUC19 and cloned in E. Coli JM?109 and the sequence was determined.The homology of nucleotide sequence between PLRV-Ch and PLRV-S(Scotland,UK),PLRV-N(Netherlands),PLRV-A(Australia) and PLRV-C(Canada),were 98.20%,98.52%,96.40% and 97.55%.
