The practical teaching of the culinary art program based on CBE in Northwest Community College of Canada,has scientific professional setting,clear training objectives and proper curriculum design.The teachers have both ability and political integrity,conduct curriculum reform in good time,use flexible training methods,pay much attention to offering real training opportunities for students,stress the importance of the marketing in practical training and promote students in multidirectional ways.In the meanwhile,North West Community College values the function of the media and the community.These characteristics of the practical training model of North West Community College throw light on the practical teaching reform of China's higher vocational education.
