Abstract
Based on analyzing the dispute settlement mechanism for unauthorized deposit and withdrawal transaction in the United States,Australia,Canada and other countries,it is suggested that China make clear the loss-sharing responsibility,establish a diversified dispute settlement mechanism,and establish a perfect financial consumer complaint database.
