Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the application and clinical effect of wax and short wave for the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty patients with the knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group(40 cases) were treated by wax and short wave, twice a day and routine therapy for 20 days;contrast group(40 cases)were treated with diclofenac sodium,50 mg twice a day for 15-20 days.According to the standard of visual analogue scale(VAS Score) and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Index of Osteoarthritis(WOMAC Score),the effects before and after treatment were evaluated. Results Before and after the treatment, the clinical symptom and joint function of the individual group were improved, and the effect of the two groups showed remarkable divergence. Conclusion The clinical effect of wax and short wave for the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis is remarkable, and the adverse reaction is lower, which are better than medication.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
