Malgré des difficultés persistantes, le système d’enseignement supérieur professionnel court au Maroc bénéficie aujourd’hui d’un climat favorable car il répond en partie à des besoins d’une économie en constante évolution et permet, dans un contexte de fort chômage des jeunes diplômés de l’enseignement supérieur, d’offrir des opportunités d’emploi et d’insertion aux sortants. Le pays s’est engagé dans un processus continu de réformes politiques, économiques et sociales avec le déploiement de plans stratégiques sectoriels. La formation professionnelle doit encore relever quelques défis : la réorganisation de la politique d’orientation et d’information destinée aux jeunes et à leurs familles ainsi que la mise en place d’un observatoire des emplois et des qualifications.
