Abstract
Objective To provide suggestions and references for improving the policy system of food nutrition fortification in China,experiences of other international organization and countries were provided for amending relative Chinese standards on food fortification administration.Method The codes,standards and regulations of the Codex Alimentarius Commission,the United States,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,European Union and China on the principles of food nutrition fortification were compared and analyzed.Results The principle of food nutrition fortification in China should be combined the macro-management of the European Union and the United States with the specific detail-regulation administration of Australia and New Zealand.Conclusion Even though the start of the normative work on food nutrition fortification in China is late,conscientiously summing up experiences from abroad and domestic realities,perfect principles for food nutrition fortification suited for China's mational condition could be worked out.
