Abstract
Evidence is not only the key to prove the facts but also the emphasis of procedure.Developed countries as Canada have enacted evidence law and perfected evidence system.However,we emphasize the entity and despise the procedure in the history,and then we haven't enacted an independent evidence law.With the social development,we should consider adequately our legislative condition and traditional usage,keep an eye to the impact from the development of science and technology on making evidence law,use for reference from the legislative experience of developed countries such as Canada,and then enact an independent evidence law as soon as possible.
