Abstract
Clinical applications of water-insoluble drugs are limited for their poor solubilities. It′s an effective approach to enhance the solubility via coating these water-insoluble drugs by some carrier materials. In this paper, recent research progresses of several carrier materials for water-insoluble drugs are reviewed, and advantage and disadvantage corresponding to each carrier materials are summarized. For the ubiquitous problem of unsatisfactory solubili-zing effect, the development trend and prospects of these carrier materials are proposed. Surface active agent micelle will be substituted by other carrier materials for its toxicity. Cyclodextrin and polymeric micelle have vast potential for future development. Although the deficiencies in encapsulating water-insoluable drugs, liposome can be used as carrier for soluble drugs or to prepare active targeting preparation (e.g. monoclonal antibody oriented liposome) and physical-chemical targeting preparation (e.g. magnetic liposome). Therefore, liposome still has great research value and deve-lopment potential.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
