Abstract
Objective:To simultaneous determination of four main components in Xuefuzhuyu pills by HPLC meth- od.Method:The separation of four ingredients was achieved on a Kromasil ODS C_(18) column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution by mixture of acetonitrile -0.25% acetic acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1) and the detective wavelength was 265 nm.Result:Assay was linear over the range of 23.85-119.3 μg·mL~(-1) for hydro- safflor yellow A,140 -644μg·mL~(-1) for paeoniflorin,10.25-47.15 μg·mL~(-1) for ferulic acid,and 130-598 μg ·mL~(-1) for hesperidin respectively.Average recoveries of samples were all over 96.6%,RSD were all below 2.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.It provides method of quality assessment of Xuefuzhuyu pills.
