Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

TW19 is a diterpene compound isolated from root derma of Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F .. Its effects on immune function in ICR mice and male fertility in SD rat, ICR mice and Kunming mice were evaluated. TW19 was administrated by oral garage for 5 weeks. The anti fertility efficacy was assessed with mating tests. The results showed that ED 50 of anti fertility is 332.0 μg/kg/day, 369.9 μg/kg/day and 286.8 μg/kg/day respectively in SD rats, ICR mice and Kunming mice. Five weeks after TW19 treatment at anti fertility dose, number and motility of spermatozoa and testis weights reduced significantly in SD rats and Kunming mice, but no effects were observed in ICR mice. In ICR mice, TW19 inhabited splenic T and B cells proliferation in vitro and suppressed antibody formation in vivo .

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
