Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of neuropsychology and event-related potential P300 ( ERP P300) in the patients with vascular cognitive impairment no dementia (VCIND).Methods Sixty-four patients with VCIND(the VCIND group)and 42 normal controls (the control group) were examined with the neuropsychological tests, including mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and clock drawing test(CDT).ERP P300 was measured in VCIND patients and normal controls. Results The scores of CDT,MMSE were significantly lower in the VCIND group than in the control group (P 0.01).The scores of sub-items of MMSE,including time orientation, place orientation, count ability, short time memory, language repetition, reading comprehension, language expression and figure portrayal in patients with VCIND were lower than those in normal subjects (P 0.05,P 0.01).Compared with the normal controls, the VCIND patients had significantly delayed latency of P300 (P 0.01).The P300 latency was negatively correlated to the score of MMSE (r =-0.615,P 0.05).Conclusions Detecting ERP P300 has important value in early diagnosis of the patients with VCIND.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
