The air flow capacity adjustment component——adjustable laval nozzle was designed for energy saving during pneumatic conveying,and relationship between the equivalent diameter,circulation area of adjustable laval nozzle throat and dispalcement of regulating rod was investigated.The comparision test for carbon black N660,N326,N375 and N234 was carried out.The results showed that,the adjustable laval nozzle could save compressed air and reduce crush of carbon black particle in pneumatic conveying.
