Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In order to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of impinging jet confined by tiny size round nozzle, a bakelite laminate heated by resistive element was taken as heat transfer surface of simulated chip, and thermocouples were mounted symmetrically along the diagonal of laminate to measure the temperature distribution of the surface. Heat transfer experiment was performed in which air jet from single round nozzle (3 mm in diameter) and multiple round nozzles (1 mm in diameter) impinged on the heat transfer surface with middle and low Reynolds number. Reynolds number and the ratio of height-to-diameter were changed to investigate the radial distribution of Nusselt number and the characteristics of heat transfer in stagnant section. Experimental study provided basis for the application of air jet impingement cooling of electronics packaging.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
