Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure and Plasma Correlation of HSP70
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To observed the level of cognitive function in patients with chronic renal failure; To observed the correlation between HSP70 and the level of cognitive impairment dysfunction in patients with chronic renal failure;and view the correlation between HSP70 and every subprojects of MoCA;To observed the correlation between the cognitive impairment of the patients with/without chronic renal failure(based on MoCA Scale score) and the plasma concentration of HSP70.Methods Detected the cognitive function of 118 patients with chronic renal failure by MoCA(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA),to selected 100 patients from them according to the MoCA standard scale and divided into two groups: The chronic renal failure with no cognitive impairment group(CRF-NCI,n=50),and chronic renal failure associated with cognitive impairment group(CRF-CI,n=50).ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)was used to study the plasma concentration of HSP70.Correlation Analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between HSP70 and the level of cognitive dysfunction in patients with chronic renal failure;Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between HSP70 and every subprojects of MoCA.Results Plasma HSP70 levels of CRF-NCI group and CRF-CI group were(10.37±2.86)ng /mLand(17.38±5.38) ng /mL,the difference was statistically significance(P0.01);Correlation Analysis showed that the plasma concentrations of HSP70 in CRF-CI group was negatively correlated with MoCA score(r=-0.674,P=0.0001);Logistic Regression Analysis showed that the plasma concentrations of HSP70 in CRF-CI group was negatively correlated with the memory, visual spatial ability and orientation ability of patients(R2=0.928,F=78.711,P=0.000).But not to visual-spatial ability, naming ability, attention and direction ability; Conclusions The plasma concentrations of HSP70 in chronic renal failure associated with cognitive dysfunction was significantly higher than that in normal cognitive function group. The change of HSP70 concentration may reflect the degree of cognitive impairment in chronic renal failure associated with cognitive dysfunction.HSP70 concentration in blood of chronic renal failure patient with cognitive impairment correlates to memory, language and abstract, but not to visual-spatial ability, naming ability, attention and direction ability.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
