Abstract
Objective: To provide anatomic data and information for the operations of tentorium cerebelli hiatus region. Methods: Twenty adult cadaver heads were cut along the line of the superciliaries, brain tissues were removed, and the nerves and blood vessels were measured.(Results): Tentorial venous sinuses were drained into the straight sinus, the confluence sinus, the transverse sinus and the superior petrosal sinus. The oculomotor never was(7±4) mm behind the anterior clinoid process the distance of the trochlear never through the tentorial notch was(1.6±0.6) mm to the free edge of tentorium, the distance of the trigeminal sensory root through the posterior fossa was(15.92±0.62) mm to posterior clinoids, and the distance of the labbe vein from temple lobe to the transverse sinus was(2.8±1.3) cm in leftside and(2.4±1.2)()cm in right side. Conclusion: Few vein sinus locates in the inner region and the middle region of the cerebellum tentorium which can be used as the incision site of the tentorium. The posterior portion of the temporal lobe is gently lifted and special attention should be paid to maintain discharge of the oculomotor nerve, the trochlear nerve, the trigeminal sensory root and the labbe's vein into the sinus during operation.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
