Abstract
A regeneration system of tissue culture in vitro of Blank Populus ×P.deltoides was established by using the strong leaf as explants.The experimental data show that :(1) The optimum differentiation medium was MS + 1.0 mg L-1 6-BA+0.1 5 mg L-1NAA+0.005 mg L-1TDZ;(2) The optimum subculture medium for adventitious bud was MS + 0.5 mg L-16-BA + 0.2 mg L-1 NAA;(3)The optimum seedling rooting medium was 1/2 MS + 0.1 mg L-1 NAA;(4) The selected matrix for transplanted seedling was one that made up of losses and organic matter by ration of 5:1.
